REGISTRATION INFORMATION
In an abundance of caution and concern for our hotel staff and members,
all attendees will be expected to wear a mask at all events in public spaces
in the hotel, unless actively eating or drinking. Seating protocols will be followed
for gatherings at tables and in meeting rooms.
Seminars will decide on mask protocols for themselves.
We will adhere to any additional protocols required by the city of Seattle,
the state of Washington, and the US government.
The new registration system allows for the member to donate the credit card fees
to NAAL. Please consider including the credit card fees with your registration.
Donating your credit card fees saves NAAL several thousand dollars per year.
The Westin Seattle welcomes the NAAL Annual Meeting starting
Saturday, December 30, 2023, and ending Monday, January 08, 2024.
All cancellations must be received 72 hours prior to your scheduled
check-in date, or you may be subject to a fee equal to one night's room and tax.
DESTINATION FEE: GROUP ROOM RATES WILL NOT BE SUBJECT TO HOTEL'S
DAILY DESTINATION FEE. ANY SERVICES OR AMENITIES COVERED BY THE
DAILY DESTINATION FEE ARE NOT INCLUDED WITH GROUP RATE.
THESE SERVICES/AMENITIES MAY BE PURCHASED BY ATTENDEES AT
RETAIL RATES IN EFFECT AT THE TIME OF THE EVENT. WHEN MAKING
YOUR RESERVATION THE DESTINATION FEE WILL APPEAR IN THE RATE
BUT IT WILL BE DEDUCTED WHEN YOU CHECK OUT OF THE HOTEL.

Please note: Using our Academy hotel helps us reach the minimum room
block that permits us to obtain substantially reduced prices for our meetings.
Failing to meet that bloc can lead to a substantial cost penalty to the
Academy. Please consider impacts on the Academy if considering
other housing. If you need assistance with finding roommates to help offset
room costs or looking to reserve one of the retired rate rooms,
